How to use a Gourmet DipKit!

Just add your favorite Gourmet DipKit to 1 cup of regular, low fat, or fat free sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise or 2 cups of plain yogurt, regular, low fat, or fat free and serve with potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or raw veggies.

For a personal serving of a cream cheese spread, just mix 3 tbls. of softened cream cheese and 1 tsp. of your favorite Gourmet DipKit spices together and serve with bagels or crackers.

After preparing your Gourmet DipKit, it can be used instead of mayonnaise in chicken salad, tuna salad, or pasta salads for a real taste treat.

Herbs should be used with discretion. More is never better! A good rule of thumb is to use 1/4 teaspoon of a dried herb for a recipe that serves 4. You can then increase this amount according to your taste 

How to store spices and herbs:
Spices and herbs should be stored away from the exposure to heat, moisture and direct     sunlight.

NOTE: Some of my recipes call for Olive Oil. Here are the different types of Olive Oil and how to use them: 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil -
Best used for dipping, meat rubs and salad dressings.
Pure Olive Oil -
Best used for grilling and sautéing.
Light Olive Oil -
Best used for baking and frying.

GRILLED SMOKEY BACON TOMATO VENISON TENDERLOINS

You will need:
1 Smokey Bacon Tomato Gourmet DipKit
2 venison tenderloins
2 tbsp. of Olive oil or Canola oil
1 large Ziplock bag

To assemble:
Put the tenderloins into the bag and mix the Smokey Bacon Tomato DipKit with the olive or canola oil and pour into the bag over the tenderloins. Zip the bag shut. Just move the tenderloins around in the olive oil mixture (from the outside of the bag)
until they are covered with it. Let the air out of the bag and seal. Let marinate in the fridge overnight until you are ready to grill. When your coals are ready, grill the meat! I heard nothing but ohs and ahs coming from the kitchen table! I knew my work there was done!
