How to use a Gourmet DipKit!

Just add your favorite Gourmet DipKit to 1 cup of regular, low fat, or fat free sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise or 2 cups of plain yogurt, regular, low fat, or fat free and serve with potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or raw veggies.

For a personal serving of a cream cheese spread, just mix 3 tbls. of softened cream cheese and 1 tsp. of your favorite Gourmet DipKit spices together and serve with bagels or crackers.

After preparing your Gourmet DipKit, it can be used instead of mayonnaise in chicken salad, tuna salad, or pasta salads for a real taste treat.

Herbs should be used with discretion. More is never better! A good rule of thumb is to use 1/4 teaspoon of a dried herb for a recipe that serves 4. You can then increase this amount according to your taste 

How to store spices and herbs:
Spices and herbs should be stored away from the exposure to heat, moisture and direct     sunlight.

NOTE: Some of my recipes call for Olive Oil. Here are the different types of Olive Oil and how to use them: 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil -
Best used for dipping, meat rubs and salad dressings.
Pure Olive Oil -
Best used for grilling and sautéing.
Light Olive Oil -
Best used for baking and frying.

Sweet & Smokey Bacon Chicken Strips

You will need:
3 raw boneless chicken breasts cut into strips the short way
1 lb bacon cut in half to wrap each strip
2 Smokey Bacon Tomato Gourmet DipKits
Brown sugar
Toothpicks
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

To assemble:
Rub chicken strips with Smokey Bacon Tomato Spices. Wrap each chicken strip in 1/2 strip of bacon and roll in brown sugar wiping off excess. Secure bacon with toothpicks. Line a cake pan with tinfoil so tinfoil goes over each edge of the pan. set strips in cake pan all in rows. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. on middle shelf. Spoon out the excess grease. Put back in the oven for 15 min. or until bacon is slightly crispy. Check the bacon halfway thru that 15 min. Serve with a salad. Awesome!
